Knauf is a world leader in the building sector and its Italian logistics headquarters has become a reference point for the sector. Knauf turned to us because it wanted to improve its social performance and increase the online community sense of belonging to the brand.
Knauf wanted to launch a two-way communication on social media, advertising its services and products more effectively, not only to stimulate curiosity and awareness, but also to build a true community. To this end, we worked on three macro objectives: brand visibility, involvement, brand loyalty. Thanks to a meticulously developed editorial plan together with a performance advertising plan, we improved all the identified KPIs.
